What is SLU-PP-332?

SLU-PP-332 is a non-peptide compound investigated for exercise-like metabolic signaling and endurance. Estrogen-related receptors are central to this research. It has no FDA approval and is not a GLP-1 peptide.

Mechanism of action

SLU-PP-332 activates estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), linking its investigation to endurance and metabolic signaling associated with exercise.

Targets: Estrogen-related receptors (ERRs)

Research indications

  • Weight Loss

    Most effective

Weight-management research examines substantial reductions in body weight and whether these persist.

  • Blood Sugar Control

    Most effective

Metabolic research evaluates improved glucose regulation and lower A1C in type 2 diabetes.

  • Cardiovascular Health

    Effective

Cardiovascular investigation concerns the potential to reduce events in people at high risk.

  • Metabolic Syndrome

    Effective

Research considers improvements across several features of metabolic syndrome together.

How to reconstitute and inject

Diluent: Use only bacteriostatic water; avoid saline because precipitation can occur.

  1. Let your refrigerated SLU-PP-332 vial stand for 15–20 minutes so it reaches room temperature before mixing.
  2. Disinfect the rubber stopper using an alcohol swab. Wait for all of the alcohol to air-dry.
  3. Measure the calculated bacteriostatic water volume with a sterile syringe. Use BAC water only; saline can lead to precipitation.
  4. Deliver the water slowly against the vial’s inner wall. Keep the stream from striking the powder directly.
  5. Mix by gently rotating the vial in circles. Avoid vigorous shaking, which can break down the peptide.
  6. Wait 2–3 minutes until dissolution is complete. Inspect the liquid for a clear appearance without color.
  7. Measure your calculated dose in an insulin syringe for administration beneath the skin.
  8. Choose your abdomen, upper arm or thigh for subcutaneous administration. Change sites between injections to help prevent lipodystrophy.
  9. Keep the mixed vial at 2–8 °C in the refrigerator. Use the solution within 28 days of preparation.

What to expect

Week 1–2
Appetite may begin to diminish. Early adjustment can include mild nausea or a feeling of fullness.
Week 2–4
Smaller portions and fewer cravings may become noticeable, along with early changes in weight.
Week 4–8
More pronounced appetite control and steady weight reduction may coincide with improved glucose levels where relevant.
Week 8–16
Larger reductions in weight and improved energy may occur as metabolic measurements begin to change.
Week 16–24
Later expectations include major weight-loss milestones, cardiovascular benefits and a more favorable lipid profile.
Week 24+
The anticipated later phase includes the largest effect and sustained, broader metabolic improvements; this is not an individual outcome guarantee.

Frequently asked questions

What research applications are being explored?

Research concerns exercise-like metabolic effects, endurance, weight management and glucose regulation. The indication ratings organize research interests without establishing the clinical outcomes associated with GLP-1 medicines. SLU-PP-332 is a non-peptide; human effectiveness remains a separate question.

What is known about dosing?

The initial schedule names a low dose once weekly beneath the skin. Maintenance uses a titrated dose at the same frequency and route. Neither gives a numeric amount. Consult a qualified clinician and current research; these schedules do not define an established human regimen.

How should safety information be interpreted?

Dose, route and individual susceptibility affect response. GLP-1 therapies commonly cause nausea, diarrhea and appetite changes that vary with dose. These class-level effects do not demonstrate compound-specific safety for SLU-PP-332. Seek individual advice from a clinician.
