Wolverine Blend
Wolverine Stack · BPC-157 + TB-500
The components contribute different proposed actions: BPC-157 is investigated for repair and new blood-vessel formation, whereas TB-500 research concerns actin regulation and cell migration. The relevant soft-tissue pathways depend on component identity and proportion; total mass and mixing ratios are not fixed.

What is Wolverine Blend?
Wolverine Blend combines BPC-157 with TB-500, a thymosin beta-4 fragment, in one recovery-oriented preparation. It is not an FDA-approved fixed combination. Component ratios and total peptide mass are variable, so a single injection amount does not identify the amount of each constituent. Check the vial label for both components and assess their evidence separately. Research into either individual peptide cannot establish the effectiveness of the combined preparation.

How to reconstitute and inject
Diluent: Use only bacteriostatic water; avoid saline because precipitation can occur.
- Let your refrigerated Wolverine Blend vial stand for 15–20 minutes so it reaches room temperature before mixing.
- Disinfect the rubber stopper using an alcohol swab. Wait for all of the alcohol to air-dry.
- Measure the calculated bacteriostatic water volume with a sterile syringe. Use BAC water only; saline can lead to precipitation.
- Deliver the water slowly against the vial’s inner wall. Keep the stream from striking the powder directly.
- Mix by gently rotating the vial in circles. Avoid vigorous shaking, which can break down the peptide.
- Wait 2–3 minutes until dissolution is complete. Inspect the liquid for a clear appearance without color.
- Measure your calculated dose in an insulin syringe for administration beneath the skin.
- Choose your abdomen, upper arm or thigh for subcutaneous administration. Change sites between injections to help prevent lipodystrophy.
- Keep the mixed vial at 2–8 °C in the refrigerator. Use the solution within 28 days of preparation.
What to expect
- Week 1–2
- Early changes may include less inflammation, pain and swelling around the affected tissue.
- Week 2–4
- Mobility of the tissue may improve as discomfort diminishes and healing begins to accelerate.
- Week 4–8
- More substantial recovery milestones may accompany stronger tissue repair and better function.
- Week 8–12
- Later expectations include healing approaching completion in many cases, with improved tissue integrity and strength; this is not a guaranteed outcome.
Side effects and safety
- Mild nausea at larger doses
- Discomfort or redness around the injection area
- Lightheadedness or dizziness · Rare
- Possible changes in blood pressure; monitor it if you have hypertension

Frequently asked questions
What evidence applies to the blend?
Research concerns repair, recovery and the mechanisms of BPC-157 and TB-500 separately. A combined preparation is not an FDA-approved product, and evidence for either constituent does not demonstrate a benefit for an unspecified mixture. Check component identities and amounts before interpreting any research claim.
How should research amounts be understood?
The numeric schedules name subcutaneous 100 mcg once daily for initiation and 250 mcg once daily as standard. They do not resolve whether the amount refers to the whole blend or an individual component. Formulation-dependent amounts are also discussed as a single subcutaneous draw. Half-life varies between constituents, so one value cannot characterize an unspecified mixture.
What are the safety and regulatory limitations?
Healing peptides are often tolerated in animal investigations, while nausea and injection-area reactions remain possible. Dose, route and individual response affect risk. Dizziness or lightheadedness is rare, and blood-pressure changes warrant monitoring in hypertension. The fixed blend has no FDA approval and cannot be prepared by 503A compounding pharmacies; discuss proposed use with a licensed clinician.
